Recently Village Bay added an advanced product development kitchen to the plant under the direction of Chef Pierre Bouriaud, an expert in creating gourmet seafood products for trade and consumer use. The new kitchen is not only equipped for product development but also capable of limited finished processing, packing and packaging.
