Makes 2 cups will keep for few weeks in the refrigerator


In a Mason jar add all the above ingredients and shake well then let rest in the refrigerator for an hour till you start to see the shallots turn pinkish.

A mignonette is an accompaniment for Oysters, Add a tsp to every oyster and sip away, this will enhance the flavor of the oyster. No more need for lemon and cocktail sauce.
